- We don't refund unused time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your records are never held hostage
Viewing and exporting never stop working, with or without a subscription. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying. Your records stay exactly as they are.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Your first 14 days are free, and we never ask for a card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends, because there's nothing to charge.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. Your account becomes read-only: you can still open, read and export everything you have, and creating and editing come back the moment you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
What does "plus applicable tax" mean?
Sales tax depends on where you live. It's calculated at checkout from your billing address, and you see the exact total before you pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel online from Settings, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund unused time.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only how you pay. Both include every feature. Yearly costs $90, which is two months free compared with paying $9 every month.
How many banks can I connect?
Up to 5 banks. You can also add accounts by hand, with no limit, and import statements from CSV, XLSX or OFX files, which also covers a bank that isn't available to connect.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Export to PDF, Excel or CSV. Viewing and exporting keep working with or without a subscription.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it at checkout.
