Every account gets a private Inbox address. Forward receipts to it from the email you use for SetBucks. Paper receipt? Upload a photo or a PDF from the app, up to 3 MB. It goes through the same review.

A suggestion, never a surprise.
The AI fills in the amount, description, category, account and date, and says plainly when it isn't sure about something. You can change any of it, and nothing enters your ledger until you approve it.

A missing amount, a date it can't trust, a category to choose: the suggestion tells you what to check.
Warns about duplicates
If the account already has the same amount within 3 days, you'll see it before adding.
Only from your email
Forwards are accepted only from the email address on your account.
Deleted within 7 days
The original email is deleted within 7 days, and nothing you send is used to train AI.
A new address anytime
Get a new Inbox address whenever you want. The old one stops working right away.

What can I send to my Inbox?
Emails about a payment or a refund: receipts, bills, order confirmations. You can also upload a photo or a PDF of a receipt from the app, up to 3 MB. A photo taken on an iPhone is converted on its own.
Is anything added to my records automatically?
No. The AI only makes a suggestion. You check it, change anything you want, and then add it to your ledger or dismiss it.
Can I forward from any email address?
Only emails you forward from the email address on your SetBucks account are accepted. Email from any other address is not accepted.
What happens to the email after it's read?
Only the email you forwarded is read, never your account history. The original message is deleted within 7 days, and your data is never used to train AI models.
What if the receipt is in another currency?
The suggestion tells you, and asks you to enter the amount in dollars before adding it.
